If you are not satisfied with you hotel stay or rental car you should inform the hotel/rental car provider first so that they have the opportunity to rectify the problem. Contact them directly or using the telephone number provided with your booking confirmation.
If the hotel or the rental car provider does not manage to solve the problem you can submit your feedback to us using the contact form.
If you want to make a complaint about your hotel stay or rental car you must use the complaint form which you will find under the travel terms and conditions. Complaints must always be made in writing if you are requesting compensation for additional costs. If you are requesting compensation for additional costs you should enclose the original receipts.
We cannot pass on your complaint to our supplier if you have not tried to resolve the problem yourself first by contacting them directly.
